Raspberries, freeze-dried
Main areas of cultivation:
China, Poland, Ukraine
Description:
Raspberries are a naturally sweet fruit. They grow on shrubs that can grow up to two meters tall. The plants love a sunny or semi-shaded location with moist soil. To help them grow, most plantations use climbing aids for the shrubs. The harvest is usually done manually by hand so the delicate fruit isn’t damaged.
Uses:
Freeze-dried raspberries are mainly used as a snack or as a topping for breakfast dishes and baking goods.
